Five phases, one long line on the map

The 40 days break into five stretches. Jump to the first day of any phase and read forward from there.

Phase 1

Alaska & the Pacific Northwest · Sep 17 – Sep 24. Out of Seattle to Ketchikan and Juneau, a morning cruising Endicott Arm, then Victoria and back into Seattle. Start at Day 1.

Phase 2

California to Central America · Sep 25 – Oct 7. Down the whole Pacific coast to Los Angeles, Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Quetzal, with long stretches of open water between. Start at Day 9.

Phase 3

Panama Canal & the ABC Islands · Oct 8 – Oct 14. An overnight at Fuerte Amador, the full Panama Canal transit, then Curaçao and Aruba. Start at Day 22.

Phase 4

Miami Turnaround · Oct 15 – Oct 17. North to Miami for a day alongside mid-voyage, then back out into the Atlantic. Start at Day 29.

Phase 5

Eastern Caribbean & Home · Oct 18 – Oct 27. San Juan, Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados, Sint Maarten and Tortola, then home to Miami. Start at Day 32.
